The benefit doesn’t stop there, VA loans do not require mortgage insurance and offer low competitive rates. Veterans that have damaged credit or even no credit at all may still be able to purchase a home under the VA’s flexible guidelines.   Widows/Widowers also can take advantage of a VA Home Loan, if your veteran spouse died after service, VA must determine that the death was due to a service-connected disability.  Call Lacey, 503-757-5655, and see how she can help you!!

We are constantly connecting our veterans to more opportunities which provide them with housing, healthcare, employment, and training to enable them to become productive members of the community.  One of our successful endeavors, Operation Soldier, will eventually employ our veterans while helping put shoes on the feet of children overseas in poverty stricken countries.

Our mission is to provide a safe and loving environment which offers encouragement, dignity, hope, and end homelessness for Veterans remains as strong as ever.
